Close Family and the goal of The Clear Springs
Plan is to blend progress and preservation. Through
all phases of development of The Clear Springs
Plan, concern for the environment has been the
guiding principle. The Clear Springs Plan recruits
corporate citizens who believe that business,
humans and the environment can exist and thrive
in harmony.
The Clear Springs
Plan encompasses over 7,000 acres in Fort Mill,
South Carolina. Only 20 minutes south of both
downtown Charlotte and the Charlotte Douglas International
Airport, the plan includes commercial, residential,
industrial and office opportunities.
Anne
Springs Close Greenway A 2,300 acre
natural recreation area that offers hiking, fishing,
biking, camping, horseback riding and 26 miles
of trails and endless wildlife.
