Commercial development restarts at Springfield, with Harris Teeter store planned

Clear Springs Development is restarting development of Springfield Town Center, the commercial side of the community north of Fort Mill.

Land prep has begun for the first phase at the site, with plans for the first commercial space to be open in 2015, says Kerri Robusto, director of marketing, sales and leasing at Clear Springs.
